Recently, people around me are doing this program where General Motors had designed for their employees. I did come across this program 2 years back but I was not paying attention on it, because it stated reduce 5kgs in 7 days. I thought this is CRAZY.
So the first group of people completed their program 2 weeks ago and the result is amazing. They managed to reduce their weight between 4.5kgs to 3kgs. Which is very encouraging. The 2nd group started the same program 4 days ago, positive results reported 2kg - 2.5kgs lost on the 3rd day. Especially Chinese New Year(CNY) is just around the corner, everyone sure would like to reduce some weights.
